All rooms subject to local, state, and federal taxes. Attendees must request NGS conference rate when making the reservation via the telephone. Self-parking is free. Valet parking is free but tip is expected. No resort fee. Upon making your reservation, the LVH will require a one night's room rate plus as deposit. 

Cancellation Policy: The first night's deposit plus tax will be charged to the credit card immediately. Deposit is fully refundable as long as reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival.

There are a limited amount of rooms so be sure to book early.
