The rules are simple—follow each of the clues below, take a picture of yourself with the clue or at the clue location, and tweet your photo—one per tweet—to hashtag #ngs2013hunt and include the clue number.
Do not forget to include the clue number with every tweet!
Those who complete each task and submit their last photo tweet before 10:30 a.m. Saturday, 11 May, will be automatically entered to win a FREE conference registration to the NGS 2014 Family History Conference in Richmond, Virginia!
Keeping in mind the conference theme of Building New Bridges, the most creative and innovative entry overall will be selected by our esteemed judge. Our judge’s identity will be kept hush-hush until we announce the winner at 1:45 p.m. Saturday, 11 May.
NGS CONFERENCE CHALLENGE CLUES

NGS conferences and the NGS website offer something for everyone.
1. Fashion! Tweet a picture that proves you met an attendee wearing a kilt.
2. Dining! Tweet a picture that proves you dined with fellow genealogists.
3. Literature! Tweet a picture that proves you checked out the latest publications or education releases at the NGS booth.
4. Volunteerism! Tweet a picture that proves you chatted with an ASK ME volunteer.
5. Shopping! Tweet a picture that proves you visited exhibitors whose company names have an “I” or “T” in them.
6. Geekdom! Tweet a picture that proves you attended a GenTech track lecture.
7. Travel! Tweet a picture that proves you really are in Las Vegas.
8. Decorative Art! Tweet a picture that celebrates the attendee with the most badge ribbons (show the ribbons).
9. Networking! Tweet a picture that proves you talked with current NGS board members.
10. Celebrity! Tweet a picture that proves you rubbed shoulders with a person featured in an NGS video.
The winner will be announced at 1:45 p.m. on Saturday, 11 May, at the NGS booth #205 located in the Exhibit Hall. Winner must be present!
